MedCities carries out multiple activities and participates in different events, the most relevant of them are listed below.

MedCities will implement the testing phase in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area and leads the Capitalisation component.

More than 300 people representing around 30 Catalan organisations from different fields were present in the formal signature of the Catalonia 2030 Alliance. MedCities was among the civil society representatives in order to support the initiative and to show the committmend to working to comply with the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
During the last mission of MedCities in Tunis, last 31st January, a meeting took place for "ASIMA Tunis: Strategic urban planning and improved governance for a resilient metropolis" project, which will be implemented by MedCities in the following 48 months in cooperation with the Municipality of Tunis and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, with a total budget of 2,6M€.
