MEDCITES Web Site attempts to set up an advanced messaging system, to serve as interactive exchange vehicle, as place of common interest, as diffusion, dissemination and discussion site for a collective interest spread over cities of the Mediterranean basin. It is our hope that such a web site will also allow for an improvement of the working procedures and of the relationships within the institutional framework.
