Baddaoui Is a small city situated at the Mediterranean sea about 5 km north of Tripoli in Dennieh Casa.
The city has an area of 5.533 Km2 and a population of around 41000 inhabitants.
It is surrounded by orange orchards and has two monumental buildings of the crusades: Al Baddaoui Castle and the Mosque close to the Fountain of Baddaoui. It has also a non-working petroleum refinery (IPC), out of order since the Lebanese civil war. The Infrastructure of the IPC petroleum pipeline still exists, and it occupied a large area of land, can be the site for a new modern refinery, if found it feasible.
